Yes. Colour, material and hardware samples go to you for approval on every project, and series production starts only after sign-off.

We have been in foreign trade since 2017 and export to the GCC, Europe, the Balkans and Africa. Delivery terms are set per project under Incoterms® 2020. We handle export packing, the container loading plan and the export documents, and our installation team fits on site abroad.

It depends on scope, quantities and finishes. For a typical project we allow 6–10 weeks from shop drawing approval to dispatch, with scheduled batch deliveries on large jobs. Export adds transit: roughly 1–2 weeks by road to Europe, 3–5 weeks by sea to the GCC. The firm programme comes in writing with the quotation.

Handover after installation is recorded on a jointly signed handover report. Our products carry a 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship and 5 years on carcasses; hinges, runners and mechanisms carry their manufacturer's warranty. Defects reported after handover are logged on the handover report and put right on a scheduled visit.
